    <description>Beach To Bay was one of the best events I have participated in. Just think about it 1705 teams consisting of 6 people getting ready to run against people from Kenya, Mexico, Lousiana, and etc.</description>

      <title>Setting Time Goal</title>

But I tend to find myself going at a quicker pace during race time.&amp;#160; What should I do to better myself while training.&amp;#160; My best 5K time is about 18:34 and would like to hit a better time.&amp;#160; What should I do to decrease my time.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:733166a8-77fe-43e3-93fc-6de1ee05b313] --&gt;</description>
