About Me:
I work with athletes (and self-proclaimed non-athletes) of all stripes. I particularly enjoy working with people who have a concrete goal in mind, such as a target event or target weight. I am intrigued by how the body works, the way it absorbs and adapts to appropriate amounts of stress. My goal as a coach is to be exceptional in all I do. My goal as an athlete is to reach my full potential as an athlete. I would describe my personal training philosophy as "big idea" training. I believe that everyone has a big goal that they want to achieve, whether it's losing 20 pounds or completing an Ironman. I want to be someone who can help people achieve those goals, who can help make big ideas a reality.
