- About Me: Started jogging a little last year, about 4 miles a couple times a week. My first 5k was May 2008 and I realized I probably should quit smoking if I wanted to survive any future races. I quit that day, ran my second 5k in June, third July 4th and my fourth Aug 3rd pace 10:09. Been doing 20+ miles a week to train for it. I'm hooked. Monthly totals May 33, June 66, July 97.5 miles
