I ran for 7 miles yesterday after you left STL. Today I'm staying in to work on a paper. Flying tomorrow, so I probably won't get around to doing anything until Thursday. I think I might actually go to the gym? I usually don't go simply because I think the most you'll ever need to lift is your own body weight, but mixing up the routine is always fun. Maybe I'll try and get a w-ball club started! Stay warm!

Friend, I have a new feature for you. MapMyRun.com
I did a quick 3 miler to clear my head before starting a long paper. Felt really good and would have gone longer, but I have to write about tobacco regulation. Sorry w-ball was canceled, but sweet soccer video!

Went out for a run today and got about a mile into it before it started pouring, which quickly turned to sleet. I don't mind rain or snow, but sleet is too much. We might be getting up to 2 inches of snow tonight which is awesome! I love winter and it has minimal impact on my level of activity. I've been doing quick 4-5 mile runs about 5 days a week. Nothing too extreme, but enough to not feel like a sloth.
Looking forward to the wallyball video!
