Tomorrow: 3 miles easy




Comments: Wednesdays and Saturdays are pace days.  I try to hit the 9:45 - 10:00 miles that I plan to run in the marathon.  Today, I went out a little too fast. I definitely dropped off in the last couple of miles, yet I still ended up under my goal pace.
