Because of professional commitments, I haven't been able to update my training plan for a couple of days. Here's what I did:
Monday: 4 miles fast
Tuesday: 6 miles slow
Tomorrow: 8 miles pace
Comments: I've been taking it easier than planned, but that's OK. I'm really just maintaining at this point.
