Comments: It was an OK ride, but I'm having a little trouble with my bike. It's squeaky. I have to see if I can lube something or tighten something or both.

Comments: Today's ride was a bit much. We took a very hilly route. I may well take an unscheduled day off tomorrow. Or, I may cut it down to less than 4 miles. We'll see.

Comments: Nice and casual bike ride. Coast on the downhills. Worked up a slight sweat, but far from aerobic exercise.
