Comments: Not sure what I'm going to do tomorrow. The schedule says 6 miles easy. But a friend and I have been talking about going for a long bike ride, depending on what his family decides to do for the long weekend. Check in tomorrow to see. (The suspense is killing me!)
Comments: I have to remember to stretch after my runs. I have felt so much better this week, when I have stretched, than I did last week, when I didn't. I don't know why it is taking me so long to learn that lesson.
Comments: I ran longer and a bit faster than I had scheduled. Why? Because I can. Because I hadn't run over my scheduled mileage yet this week. Because it was a beautiful morning. Because tomorrow is a day off.
Comments: A little warm, but I didn't run hard enough to really work up a sweat. Look out tomorrow. Did the full Daily Dozen yoga workout, plus a little core excercise on the new exercise ball. I'm a BEAST!
