Comments: After yesterday's long run, I had planned to run easy today. But I felt good, and it was a nice morning, so I got out and ran 9 miles at just under my 10 minute pace. It was hard, but it felt good! I'm dedicating this morning's run to Paula Radcliffe, who also finished even though she didn't feel like it.
