This morning I left the house without going for a run. I had a lot going on, and at the time I thought that was the best decision. I felt guilty and upset about this idea at about 10:00 while sitting at my desk.
I ran around the lake tonight when I got home... It's nice to run when the sun is up. 1/2 hour of running... solid.. nice.
I feel amazing.. my energy level is amazing, and this fitness thing might actually stick.
I got up this morning to hit the long run around the lake, but it was dark and cold. I was concerned about making it to the train in time. I ended up doing the short version of my morning run, but I ran it faster than normal.. hit my 20 min jog in 17 min... seems like cheating, so I might go for a longer walk tonight after work.
