Today was a typical Monday. Didn't feel like getting up and running but once I got started and finished I felt a lot better. Today I ran about 4 miles through the neighborhood. Tomorrow I have a meeting for my first half-marathon that I run in February. So I'm looking forward to that. Hope everyone had a great Monday.
Today I ran about 3.5 miles and did agility work in my driveway. I weighed myself today, and I am now 143. As of today I have officially lost 30 pounds. So I'm getting closer to my goal weight. Overall, I feel better than I did about 6 months, and I'm also healthier. I'm interested in running my first half-marathon so if you have any advice please feel free to let me know.
