About Me:
Since March 19, 2008 I have lost and maintained my wieght loss of 30 lbs. I did this by eating better and excercising.
I started by walking and now I am running over 3 miles 5-6 days a week. I am continually working on my speed and hit a new pace record on 9/24/09.
I also participated in my first triathlon on 9/12/09. It was great and it won't be my last.
I plan on doing my first official 5K in October and then I plan on continuing to do 5Ks throughout the years to come.
