Thursday was a rest day. diet - breakfast - ? Lunch - 1/2 steak sub 1/2 meatball sub 1/2 bag of chips diet coke. Dinner - 15 boiled shrimp 1/2 cup of buffalo chicken dip water.
Friday - breakfast - grits/eggs/cheese casserole OJ. Lunch - leftovers Dinner - out (seafood of some sort I'm sure).
Exercise - long run this evening or tomorrow morning.
HEY WALKERS!!!! I thought it was about time to get some Medley blood on this blog. Steve good to see your semi-daily musings, workouts, and nutrition routine. Accountability is a big thing.
So with that said, I'm back on the training path. Really wish I had a cool Garmin Forerunner GPS to take along with me. Your wife must love you more than mine
