Today I went just a little bit further. I went just over two miles in about 30 minutes. I am just loving it. It feels so good and is fun to see how far I can push my body. My ankle and knee are a little sore today, but tomarrow's my day off so I'm not worried. I am really loving being outside running. It's so much funner, not stuffy like in on a treadmill in a building.
