Yestarday I went for a very long run. It started out just two miles, but I got lost on my new route and wound up running over 4 miles. But my stamina was great so I had a really nice time. Today I need to jog for 90 seconds and walk for two minutes. Tayte slept in until 8:30 so I got to too!!! So I'll run later today. I have such fun running. I have my music going and adrenaline running. It's turining out to be one of my favorite things. I can see my body starting to change form, which is extremely exciting to me!!

Oh! My first goal is to run the Turkey Trot ~ a 10K on Thanksgiving Day. We'll see how that goes...think possitive and it just might happen!
I have no doubts you can do a 10K by Thanksgiving, why not try a 5K sometime in the early fall? Running 5K's and training for them can really help to build up your speed once you are comfortable with the distance. Just a thought, Best of luck!
