Well, I think I started too fast too much too soon. My knees are just killing me. It hurts whenever I put weight on them from jumping. So I think I need to take it light for a while. I was hoping that by taking this past weekend off it would help, but they are really sore. Today I walked for about 30 minutes and was ok, but I really want to run. It's a good thing my ending goal isn't for over a year!! I am most definitely not giving up. I will start running again as soon as I can. I just love it too much!!!
