Has anyone any advice on how to combat recurring Plantar Fasciitis? The first time I had it, I had it for 2 years and this time (with a 12 month break), I’ve had it for a year.
I can’t run or even walk most of the time. I’ve tried ice packs, massage ■■■■■, physio in a big way and it might relieve for a while but it never leaves.
I’m putting on weight and it’s really depressing. I miss running so much. Any advice or tips to get round this horrible disability would be so gratefully appreciated.
