Hey everyone, I have a question and I’m looking for some experienced advice.
I’m breaking in new running shoes and I have two choices for my first full marathon.
- Has the cushion, but the weight is 1lb 4 oz
- Little less cushion, but definitely less weight. 7.9oz
Which should I choose? Is the difference in weight really worth the less cushion? Or will my legs be thanking me in the latter half of the run for wearing the lighter shoe?
