So I’ve taken a good 1-2 months off from running. I used to run cross country in college (graduated May 2017) and then ran 3-4 times a week after until I stopped 1-2 months ago. My usual runs used to consist of 7-10miles. I have been doing mainly cross-training and weight lifting at the gym since then.
I am signing up for a race this week - do you think I should do a 5k or 10k?
