I’m an avid runner (half marathons are my niche) from march to October but living in the Northeast of the USA, its hard to run outside from Nov-end of February. Sure you can do it, but you’re puddle jumping, leaping over snow banks and risk slipping on ice.
Naturally, this year I’ve tried to stay with it on the treadmill inside. Unfortunately, I’m one of those people who sweats … A LOT. To the point where if I go over 3 miles I am bouncing sweat practically onto the person next to me. Its embarrassing and uncomfortable to the point where I am resigned to the stationary bike.
Any advice on how to overcome this sweating issue and/or find a better way to train indoors during winter?
