My name is Kevin and I am an avid runner, new to this community, and also a computer programmer by trade. Lately I’ve been working on an app idea called Harvy. Harvy is an app built for runners to help craft better music playlists. For example, if you plot out a 5 mile run around your neighborhood and at mile 3 there is a massive hill, Harvy analyzes the route, recognizes the hill at mile 3, and then picks music specific to that route. The outputted playlist would contain more upbeat music before and at the mile 3 hill to help you push through it. In short, Harvy creates music playlists that match the elevation changes of your run.
Right now I’m looking for feedback on this idea - does this sound interesting to you? Would you use an app like this? Feel free to check out the website at https://harvy.app and let me know. Any feedback is good feedback!
