Thanks for posting this up, I was happy to listen to this man talk about his passions, achievements and life lessons.

I think I liked his football part the best about how his coach always came down so hard on him and the assistant coach came up and said, "When you're screwing up and no body is saying anything to you anymore it means they gave up. When you see yourself doing something badly and nobody is bothering to tell you anymore, that's a bad place to be. Your critics are the ones telling you they still care." And how, to this day, he is still most comfortable on the football field.

I also liked his input on how parents send their children to learn to play football. And it's really nice that he still has a great 3-point stance and a good chop-block, but that the bigger reason his parents signed him up for football was to learn about teamwork, sportsmanship and perseverance that are applicable throughout his whole life.
