I have followed instructions and used my e:mail address and original password but ended with a screen message saying that "CAS is unavailable" and asking me to contact the administrator.
Tried getting a new password but with the same result.
Has anyone else experienced this? What do you do next?

This is an AUS error message. AUS talks to CAS (central authentication system) and once the users login is authenticated, it takes them to the application.
In this case, AUS couldnt talk to CAS.
This all basically means it didn't get through for some reason, but it should work if you try again. If the problem persists let me know.
