Just want to remind others as the weather starts to turn harsh and we are discouraged to go running outdoors and we don't have a treadmill at home, pull out the Fitness Board for the Wii, load the Fitness CD and start the running program. As far as that goes, if you need to stay home for the youngest of kids...pull out the Wii.
Wish I could get excited about the wii. I feel I have to do 3x's the amount of workout to get the same effot of real running. It is an alternative and quality time with kids if you are unable to get out.
