At another cusp.

I was going to be more verbose than this, but let me just say...

 

Remember to

 

1.) hydrate before and to take liquids with you.

2) take gels with you if you figure to be out on a long run.

3) stretch

4) dress for the weather.

5) OBSERVER TEMPERATURE WINDOW FROM YOUR PHYSICIAN AS FAR AS THE WHEN TO RUN. For me 33 deg F to 90 deg F. I prefer 33-70.

6) If training for a race, train in temperatures to occur on race day (unless training in hotter weather will make it a breeze on race day.)

 

My mistake today..........................................no gels (#2).
