I am a new runner and right now am primarily doing walk - run intervals. This last week, my knees have felt very stiff when I try to run. Is there anything I can do for this? Thanks for any help!
You need to provide more information. Are you warming up before running? If so, what is your warmup routine? Are you stretching after your runs? If so, what stretches are you doing? How long do you hold any static stretches that you are doing? What are you doing on the non-running days? Do you have arthritis? Have you ever torn any ligaments in the knee?
