Is there a way to restart the program? I broke my foot in the middle of the training and had to stop for a month. I would like to start again, but don't want to buy the plan again. Is there a way to restart the plan from the current date or something?
You can reset the start date of an current training plan. You can do this by selecting "My Account" from the box at the upper tight corner of this screen. Then select "My Plans and Purchases". The trainign plan will be listed. The far right icon with a green arrow will bring up a box to allow you to reset the start date.
If your plan has already completed it origional time frame or you have any problem you can contact product support at email@example.com. Please include the email that you login with in the message.
