I am a high school runner and am lacking electrolytes. Sport drinks such as a gatorade aren't helping. What is a good supplement that I can take?
Nuun tablets are a good source of electrolytes. I like the Lemon+Lime and Orange Ginger favors. Here's a link to a post that I wrote about them:
