Active.com has lots of very interesting articles and I've been reading a lot about "runners form" and the proper way to run faster, farther, and more efficiently but guess what......I still don't know what I'm supposed to be doing.
I'm over 50 and not out to break any speed/distance records but I would like to run more efficiently.
I run slow. Just did my first official 5K and finished in 41.22 min. I know that running slow causes me to do a lot of bouncing up and down which isn't the optimal runners form but I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to change my form.
Can anyone help me?
