How Do You "Reply With Quote"?

I see some brilliant stuff here that bears repeating and commenting on, but can't see where the replacement button is for the old "reply with quote".

In the reply screen, to the left of the smiley icon, is an icon that looks like two ghosts doing the nasty. That's it.

Thanks, I'm not surprised I didn't know how to do it.
