I've always wanted to be a runner, just like my dad, and recently decided it was now or never.
Managed to talk my housemate into coming with me, and we just finished the first run of week 3 today, as we had to re-do two runs from Week 2 due to a slight knee problem.
Signed up for a 5k charity run on January 9, raising money for kids with cancer, and I want to be able to run the whole way!
Anyone else out there who is on week 3? How are you finding it?
I'm loving this program, it is such a great feeling to be able to run and not get completely puffed and short of breath, even if it is only for 3 minutes at a time.
