Cal Thunder is a premier organization with a history of producing highly competitive teams. Cal Thunder consists of teams from 12U to 18 Gold. All teams compete at the highest level athletically and academically.

The Cal Thunder Oragnization is mentored by Organization Manager and Coach Valerie Van Kirk. Valerie Van Kirk is a former Cal State Fullerton NCAA National Champion, and she also played on a local CIF Championship team and 3 ASA National Championship teams. Valerie Van Kirk will be highly involved with the 12U team with mentoring the girls in interactive practices with the 18 Gold.

Cal Thunder 12U is now forming the 2010/2011 team. We will be hosting open works out and try out dates starting in September. The 12U team will be based in Fullerton.

Our coaching staff will work to bring each player at an advance level of play while re-enforcing fundamentals of the game. We will teach and encourage a winning mentality and will aim to bring out the highest level in each individual player both physically and mentally. Our athletes will compete at a high level of play and always strive to improve their game.
