Prepare, Love and Honor Strategies

Being a champion every day takes awareness, knowledge, and discipline. I will share the champion principles developed during my 27 years of coaching the UCLA Softball Program-11 time National Champions. Be more efficient in all facets of your practice and game environments. It is real conversation. It's interactive with AUDIENCE RESPONSE TECHNOLOGY! Be ready for honest words and a gut check regarding your daily performance. I will pull out the champion in you!

Let's un-wrap the mystery of hitting in easy to understand terms! Create your hitting system that will take you to the next level. Woven through it all is a batch of mental training tools which will make you confident and efficient in the box.

Hitting gets frustrating. The voices in your head get loud. We are going to break it all down. Organize your mental routine and slump bust those days where hitting is tougher than it should be. Physical tools, mental tips, as well as strategies to make adjustments in the middle of the count, which can be the difference between a gapper to right-center and looking at a fatty down the middle. Don't let your head get in the way of your swing! You in?
