So I ran the 2nd part of my 1st week of run today. The first time I needed to take a short 2 day break as my achilles was hurting in JUST my right foot area.
So today after resting it, and doing a little stretch went back out for a jog. This time I would jog for about 60 sec and then stop and walk for 90 and so on and so on. Still my achilles hurt AFTER I was finished.
Does anyone know of a solution for this? Possibly a good way to stretch it out? Looks like I am out another 2 days now!!!
