To all women who have ran whilst pregnant, i'm after any advice and how your running went during your pregnancy? I'm 9wks gone and still running, but slowly to keep my temp down as that's what the books say, but thats all they really say. It would be nice to know how other pregnant runners got on, how long into pregnancy you managed to keep running? did you just do steady slow runs? heart rate? any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks
