BUILDING MUSCLE STARTER TIPS

My suggestion is to not only lift weights but also do some quickness and  power running drills. Pulling a sled is an excellent tool to gain power  and even helps build quickness. Upper body strength is less important  in the skill positions but adding some lean muscle and upper body  strength never hurts...unless the extra weigh hurts your 40 yard speed.  Lower body strength will prove more helpful
