Good nutrition is the key to a healthy baby. It is very essential to  fine-tune your eating habits. The mother has to eat a balanced and  healthy diet consisting of right quantities of nutrients. Avoid junk  food because they don’t have any food value. Start taking more of food  rich in minerals and vitamins. Eat well-balanced, delicious and  nutritious meals. Fresh fruits, green vegetables, cereals, pulses, meat,  fish, poultry products and milk products like yoghurt, buttermilk,  skimmed milk, cottage cheese, nuts and all food rich in nutrients like  vitamins and minerals.
