So i am on varsity this year as a sophomore. Every player i guard and that guards me is stronger than me. The only thing i have is height and speed on them until i get stronger. I need some dribbling drills for my opposite hand. I do fine when its just half-court play but in transition on a fast break i have trouble controlling the ball in my right hand and it feels soo weird. Does anyone have some drills i could use?
Also when people say, "get down in your dribble", how low do they actually want you to be? When i get down I'm my dribble i loose balance easily and I don't move as fast. How should i get?
