BEST EXERCISE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR TOE

Toe is the fore end of the foot which helps to stabilize the body to  stay upright and help the body to stay in a motion. The forefoot  consists of 5 Metatarsals, and 14 Phalanges, 3 forming each toe with the  exception of the big toe (or Hallux) which only has 2 Phalanges. So it  becomes evident that one needs to take care of toe properly.
