Scientific Studies have shown that there are some foods that burn fat much better than others.  They have discover ed that people who consume certain foods  decidedly lose more fat that others who disregard these foods altogether. Beans  provide a fairly good amount of protein, so it is a wise choice for  many dieters, as it supplies a good amount of protein to the diet, a  must for would be dieters , as protein satisfies hunger for longer  periods of time than Carbs.  Beans are very severe to digest, so the  body takes longe rto digest the meal. This is good for your body as it  keeps the blood sugar level high and keeps a satisfied feeling for a  longer period.

The caffeine content is not so bad , but it is  enough to give your heart and metabolism a boost without damaging the  body in any way.  . It is also a mild diuretic, which can be helpful for  getting rid of retained fluid.

Green Tea is a great fat burner,  and all the studies done so far has proven this beyond a doubt.Drinking  4-6 cups of green tea a day, can help you to lose fat faster than if you  don't drink any at all.

Water

Water is a  must for any serious dieter. Water is a great way to flush out toxins  and fat from the tissues of the body. Not only does water dissolve  sodium( salt) thus preventing bloating, while promoting healing, but it  also makes you feel full. Water is great for an efficient working  metabolism.

Drinking a lot of water is great for the kidneysto  keep it working well. This is important as it is our main filtration  system to get rid of toxic waste fluids from the body.. If we deprive  our kidneys of water, the liver ,which is already so overworked, has to  do the work of the kidneys to get rid of wastes.(fatty toxins) The liver  converts stored up fat into energy to be burnt off,and in so doing is  able to assist in a weight loss program.When it has to relieve the  kidneys of it’s function of eliminating wastes, the liver won’t be able  to metabolize fat as quickly as it used to. You can restore your  metabolism quickly by consuming lots of water daily.
