I just started today! The above link worked well for me ... I just wrote the times down and took the sheet to my gym with me. I checked the podcasts out but didn't like any of them. I prefer my own tunes so just writing them down and glancing at the time on my tredmill worked really well! Hope that helps! Good luck!!

Where is everyone at? By looking at the date on the last post it has been almost a month sense the last post. I hope you are all still hard at it. I statred around the first of the year and thing went well. I was then sidelined with an injury for a couple of weeks but am back at it now and loving it. Keep up the good work everyone.
