Hello, I have been riding for 2 yrs and raced my first season in 2010. I was mentally exhausted, (I live in florida and our season in 10 months long UGH!). So I got a MTB to change it up in the off season and have a little fun. Well its January now and I am due to start building my base for this upcoming season, My question is, Does MTB help build your base in the off season?
