IF I SIKP MY BREAKFAST WILL I LOSE WEIGHT FASTER?

People who regularly eat breakfast actually have less of a weight  problem, lose weight more efficiently, and are more likely to maintain  their weight loss than people who regularly skip breakfast. As part of a  weight loss program, breakfast is an extremely important meal. If  you've ever heard anyone say "breakfast is the most important meal of  the day," - they were right!
