OK, now that I am in, I need any tips for training for 2 monster days. 200 k's both ways and the 3 passes. I already have climbed all the passes at least once and live next to Deer Creek Canyon. So Climbing training is not the issue. I am thinking nutrition, hydration, over night recovery (compression socks?). I know I basically have to train for a mulitple day ride. But, the milage and hills are what are going to get me.
