HEAVY -180# lost = 180 min run

Last night on the tv reality show, HEAVY, a guy lost 180 pounds in 6 months and celebrated by running (on a treadmill ) for 180 minutes. He did a minute for every pound lostHe covered 15 miles.

I was impressed! So for those of us who wonder, can I run a half marathon in 6 months. the answer is yes.

61 year olds must be out of their minds to run a half marathon followed by a full the next day!

It's on my DVR to watch later, but that's awesome!

I find it amazing that these people get so far WITHOUT surgery but WITH good old fashioned diet/exercise.
