Sum It Up for Girls is a non-profit organization that encourages girls in K-8th grade to be more self-confident through the sport of lacrosse. We specialize in teaching beginner and intermediate players. The program is staffed by coaches and players who are knowledgeable about girls lacrosse and are fabulous athletic female role models. Financial Assistance is available and confidential.
Sum it Up for Girls offers lacrosse clinics and summer camps for girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade are designed to instill a love of the game while teaching key skills to raise their level of play. We create a fun, relaxed playing environment with lots of cheering, team-building activities, partner work, and friendly competitions. We guarantee your daughter will feel great about herself after time spent with our awesome coaches.
Anyone is welcome to participate in Sum It Up for Girls summer lacrosse camps and fall and winter clinics. We run programs in Summit, Berkeley Heights, Gillette and Somerville. Our girls come from Millburn, Chatham, Madison, Berkeley Heights, Westfield, Gillette, Long Hill,New Providence, Short Hills, Maplewood and Springfield. We even have girls who attend from Long Island City, Queens.
Player of the Day Awards
If you ask our girls, they’ll tell you their favorite part of our camps and clinics is when their coaches award “Player of the Day” stickers. At some point, every girl gets recognized for special achievement, whether it is mastering a skill, being a thoughtful teammate or showing tremendous enthusiasm during the games.

Sum It Up for Girls programs are known for our cool and colorful t-shirts that every girl receives for participating in a camp or clinic. We design a different t-shirt for every season and many of the vintage shirts from earlier years are considered collector’s items around these parts!
