I'm brand new to cross training and I am on my second week in the beginners plan and it is going very well, but (forgot to mention that I am a Brazilian) I have some questions due to the English terms and I hoping you guys can help me on that.
What is the exactly meaning of "run/walk with purpose"?
I am doing it on the treadmill and hope it is ok!?
Also just go to the point of the training where it says the following
20 seconds "on", 10 seconds "off" for 8 rounds. 1 minute rest between 8 round sets:
So if I got it right that 20 seconds doing push ups then 10 seconds off (doing nothing) after I've done it for all the 4 exercises I get 1 minute of rest, is that correct?
