Worcester Heat 10U's Looking to Complete Their Roster

The Worcester Heat 10U's have a couple of roster spots remaining. We will happily evaluate athletic ballplayers of all positions. If you have some pitching experience that would be a plus. But all ballplayers who love softball, are willing to work hard, and want to have fun are welcome.

Our 10U team is led by Coach Shannon Houle, a former standout at UMass. Shannon brings the perfect balance of knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, and energy to her role. Our players and families love her and we feel very lucky to have her as our 10U Head Coach.

The Heat are a rapidly growing girls fastpitch organization with players from all over Southern New England.

We have several teams ranging from 10U-16U. We train at Hitquarters in Shrewsbury, Mass. Hitquarters is Central Mass's premier indoor softball and baseball training facility. You can check out HQ at www.thehitquarters.com. All Heat players receive a full membership to Hitquarters. This includes free use of the facility and free and discounted instruction from some of the region's best instructors.

The Heat are committed to fun and player development. We have over 60 young ladies in the program who are dedicated to making themselves the best athletes and ballplayers they can become. They are equally devoted to having fun together in the competitive environment of fastpitch softball.

All of our coaches participate in a comprehensive program of coaching development. They are all certified through ASA and undergo a full background check. We do not take our daughter's development or safety for granted.
