I have a leg pain that keeps popping up. I play a lot of tennis and I've never had an issue with this area of my leg. Not sure what I'm doing when I run to hurt this area. Anyway, I can't tell if it's a groin muscle or a thigh muscle? Posting a pic because that's easier than trying to describe the area. The white line is where the discomfort is. Any ideas on what I'm doing to cause this pain and how to avoid further injury or strength the area? Thanks!!
