Heart monitors

Every time i try to use a heart monitor in the water, i can never get it tight enough to read.  Is there a "special" monitor or technique to get a proper reading?

    There's a bra you can use with a HRM. There are also suspenders on the market that will help hold the HRM in place.

    I just tried my HRM for the first time in the pool yesterday.  I didn't have any problems with it.  Make sure the connectors are a little wet to your skin and start it before you enter the water.  try to minimize pressing buttons in the water to avoid water damage even though they're water resistant.
